Yogi government is running many types of schemes for the welfare of the general public. The common people are getting the benefit of which continuously. Today we are going to discuss one of these, Mukhyamantri Kanya Sumangala Yojana. The objective of which is to provide financial assistance in six different stages, from the birth of girls to their education and empowerment. The main objective of Mukhyamantri Kanya Sumangala Yojana is to develop positive thinking towards girl children, eliminate female foeticide, prevent child marriage, and promote the health and education of girls.

To avail the benefits of Mukhyamantri Kanya Sumangala Yojana, your family must be a permanent resident of Uttar Pradesh. The annual income of the beneficiary family should not exceed Rs 3 lakh. In a family (Mukhyamantri Kanya Sumangala Yojana), only a maximum of two girls can get the benefit of this scheme. If a woman has twin daughters in the second delivery, then all three will get the benefit.

Benefits of Mukhyamantri Kanya Sumangala Yojana

Rs. 5,000 on the birth of a girl child

Rs. 2,000 on completion of 1 year

Rs. 3,000 on admission in class 1

Rs. 3,000 on admission in class 6

Rs. 5,000 on admission in class 9

Rs. 7,000 on passing class 10th or 12th and taking admission in graduation or two-year diploma course
