 The Board of Control for Cricket in India (BCCI) has announced significant venue changes for two major Test series in the 2025 home season. The second Test against the West Indies, originally scheduled for Eden Gardens in Kolkata, will now be held at Arun Jaitley Stadium in New Delhi on October 2. Additionally, the first Test against South Africa, initially set for Delhi from November 14-18, will now take place in Kolkata. These adjustments are part of BCCI's efforts to optimize logistics and ensure smooth execution of matches throughout the season.

On June 9, a big update has come on Team India's domestic season. The Board of Control for Cricket in India (BCCI) on Monday announced a change in the venue for the upcoming domestic season. Under which the second Test between India and West Indies to be held in October will now be held at Arun Jaitley Stadium in Delhi. This match was earlier to be held at Eden Gardens in Kolkata. Apart from this, the first Test between India and South Africa in November will now be held at Eden Gardens, which was earlier scheduled to be held at Arun Jaitley Stadium.

Actually, India's domestic season will start from October 2, 2025 with two Test matches against West Indies under the World Test Championship. The first Test will be held in Ahmedabad, while the second match will now be played in Delhi.

This year, the Indian team will clash against South Africa in all three formats. The first match of the Test series will be held in Kolkata from 22 to 26 November. The second match has been scheduled in Guwahati from 22 to 26 November.
