PM Modi To Address Youth
The virtual interaction will give young participants in Goa an opportunity to connect with Prime Minister Narendra Modi and hear his message on sports, fitness and youth participation.
National-level sportspersons will also participate in the programme. Their presence is expected to provide students with an opportunity to learn from athletes about discipline, dedication and perseverance.

National Sports Day
National Sports Day is observed every year on August 29 to commemorate the birth anniversary of Major Dhyan Chand, one of India's most celebrated hockey players.
The day is used to promote sports and physical activity and to recognise the contribution of athletes to Indian sport.
