New secretaries appointed to lead portfolios in NRI Welfare, Human Rights, and Sports & Culture

1. Dr. Alwin Roland Timothy – Appointed as National Secretary for NRI Welfare and the Union Territory of Puducherry.

2. Shri A. Leo Patrick Christy – Appointed as National Secretary for Human Rights and Media for Karnataka, with additional charge of Tamil Nadu.

3. Shri Anthony Baptista Fernandes – Appointed as National Secretary for Sports, Culture, and the Training Department.

The appointments were confirmed by Dr. Bhargav Mallappa, National Deputy Chairman (Organisation & Administration), and take effect immediately.
