In an exclusive conversation in the Star Sports press room, he revealed how a single piece of advice from Sachin Tendulkar completely changed his life.

This PBKS opener has been part of the team for the past 7 seasons. Having debuted for PBKS in 2019, the uncapped youngster revealed that during his first four seasons, he was given just one or two matches each year, which left him constantly frustrated. In search of guidance, he approached the legendary Sachin Tendulkar — and what Sachin told him turned his life around. Prabhsimran shared:

“Sachin sir told me, ‘Look, I didn’t spend much time sitting out. But what I would say to you is—try to think about what you can learn from this. Because there will be many others who wish they could sit where you are sitting right now.’
That one message from Sachin sir completely changed my life.”
