Union Minister Shivraj Singh Chouhan to Visit Chhattisgarh Soon

Raipur. Union Agriculture and Farmers Welfare and Rural Development Minister Shivraj Singh Chouhan is expected to visit Chhattisgarh on May 13. During his stay, he is going to give a big gift to the people of the state. Chhattisgarh Deputy Chief Minister Vijay Sharma has given information about the visit of Union Minister Shivraj Singh Chouhan.
Chhattisgarh Deputy Chief Minister Vijay Sharma said that Union Minister Shivraj Singh Chouhan is going to visit Chhattisgarh soon. He will distribute three lakh houses. Our government will fulfill the guarantee of 18 lakh houses. The survey list of 2011 and the pending list of 'Awas Plus' will be completely covered. He said that by ending the old waiting list of Chhattisgarh, the state will go ahead of 18 lakh.
Vijay Sharma claimed that such a large number of Pradhan Mantri Awas have not been built in any other state of the country. He also reminded that when 8.47 lakh houses were sanctioned in the state for the first time, the Chief Minister had given clear instructions that if any discrepancy of even one rupee is found, the collector of the concerned district will be suspended immediately.

On the other hand, regarding the surprise visit of Chief Minister Vishnudev Sai, Deputy Chief Minister Sharma said that the administration is fully alert regarding the surprise inspection of Chief Minister Vishnudev Sai. The Home Minister said that the CM is going for inspection without any information, so all the officers are alert and work is being done with full promptness. He also told that all the applications that have come are being separated department-wise and work is being done on them.
Deputy Chief Minister Vijay Sharma attacked the Congress over the credit of caste census and called it a political tool. He said that the Congress always took political advantage of this issue, whereas during the governments of Jawaharlal Nehru, Indira Gandhi and Rajiv Gandhi, no initiative was taken on this, they only took advantage of it.
