Tukeshwar Lodhi. After the complaint of illegal transportation of sand in the area, Raipur Mineral Department took a big action in Arang area late night and seized 13 vehicles involved in illegal transportation of sand and took action under the Mineral Act.
On the instructions of Raipur Collector Gaurav Kumar Singh, under the guidance of Deputy Director Mineral Prachi Awasthi, Raipur Mineral Department raided the sand mines located on the banks of Mahanadi in Arang area and the main roads of Arang under the leadership of Mineral Department Supervisor Sunil Dutt Sharma throughout the night.
During this, the team of the Mineral Department took action against 13 vehicles filled with sand, the vehicles did not have valid documents related to sand transportation, after which the Mineral Department took this action. Jitendra Kesharwani, Jitendra Verma and Lukesh Verma played an important role during the action.
