According to the Meteorological Department, a low pressure area is located in and around Jharkhand. Along with this, the cyclonic circulation of upper air is extended up to 5.8 km height. A trough is extended from north-west Uttar Pradesh to the low pressure center located in Jharkhand at a height of 1.5 km to 3.1 km.
