In another tragic accident on Thursday evening, a high-speed passenger bus hit a bike rider, killing him on the spot. After the accident, there was chaos among the passengers in the bus, while the driver and conductor fled from the spot and went straight to the Kotwali police station. According to the information received from the Kotwali police, Mahindra Travels bus number CG 04 MZ 3690 coming from Raipur to Jagdalpur hit a bike rider near Dashmesh Dhaba near Kudalgaon. The bike number CG 17 KJ 7294 was driven by Thalesh Kumar Thakur, 23 years, resident of Sitlawand, who died on the spot.
After the accident, the passengers sitting in the bus got frightened and got off the bus and ran here and there. At the same time, the driver and conductor reached the Kotwali police station directly after the accident. Due to the accident, there was a traffic jam on the highway.
