Truck Runs Over Bike Riders, 3 Dead Including a Girl

A tragic road accident occurred when a speeding truck ran over bike riders, resulting in the death of three people, including a young girl. Authorities are investigating the incident.

Three people including a young woman died in a road accident near Kharwat Chowk on Baikunthpur NH-43. The accident happened around 1 o'clock in the night. On receiving the information, Charcha police station reached the spot and the injured were immediately taken to the district hospital Baikunthpur, but there the doctors declared all three dead.

According to eyewitnesses, all three were riding on the same bike, when a speeding truck coming from the front hit them. The collision was so severe that the bike was shattered and all three were found lying on the roadside in a seriously injured condition. Police have identified one youth and his family has been informed, while efforts are on to identify the other two.
