CM Sai Joins Independence Day Race, Pays Tribute to Freedom Fighters

CM Sai took part in the Independence Day race and honored the memory of freedom fighters who secured the nation’s independence.
Enthusiasm is being seen all over the country regarding Independence Day. A day before Independence Day, an Independence Run was organized in the capital Raipur, in which Chief Minister Vishnu Dev Sai ran with hundreds of school students.
People were seen running with the tricolor in their hands in the race organized by the Sports and Youth Welfare Department from Telibandha pond to Bharat Mata Chowk. Departmental Minister Tank Ram Verma was also present with Chief Minister Sai in the program.
On this occasion, Chief Minister Vishnu Dev Sai congratulated everyone on Independence Day and remembered the freedom fighters who sacrificed their lives for the independence of the country. Also, through the Independence Run, he gave a message to the people to stay healthy.
Regarding Partition Horror Day, CM Sai said that the coming generation should also know. When India and Pakistan separated, how many people had to suffer its pain. How many people were killed. The new generation will be aware of this. That is why we are celebrating Partition Horror Day.
Independence Run was also held in Balodabazar
Independence Run was also organized in Balodabazar before Independence Day. Administrative officers including SP Bhavna Gupta and thousands of school students participated in the program.
Starting from the ground of Pandit Chakrapani Shukla School, the race reached the venue via the main road of the city, where the guests explained the importance of Independence Day and the importance of organizing this race and awakened the feeling of patriotism among the students.
