Special Train from Chhattisgarh to Puri for Rath Yatra

In view of the huge crowd of passengers on the occasion of Rath Yatra Mahaparva 2025, South East Central Railway (SECR) has taken a special initiative. With the aim of making the journey of the devotees smooth and convenient, the Railways has decided to run TOD (Train on Demand) special train from Gondia to Cuttack and back. This special train will run with number 08893/08894 and will provide facilities to the passengers for Rath Yatra darshan in a total of 10 trips.
Train operation schedule
08893 (Gondia to Cuttack)
26 June, 28 June, 30 June, 2 July and 5 July 2025
08894 (Cuttack to Gondia)
28 June, 29 June, 1 July, 3 July and 7 July 2025
The train will leave from Gondia to Cuttack at 1.30 pm. This train will reach Cuttack via Dongargarh, Rajnandgaon, Durg, Raipur, Lakhauli, Mahasamund. On return, this train will run with number 08894. This train will reach its destination Gondia via Cuttack, Bhubaneswar, Sambalpur, Titlagarh.
