Blackmailing Case: Youth Duped of ₹29 Lakh Over Threat to Leak Obscene Video, Accused Arrested

Another shocking case of blackmailing has come to light from Durg district, where a youth was duped of Rs 29 lakh 40 thousand by threatening to make his pornographic video viral. After the complaint of the victim, the police took action and arrested the accused. This case is from Jamul police station area. Let us tell you that earlier a case of extorting Rs 2 crore from a bullion trader through pornographic video had come to light, in which the husband and wife have been arrested.

According to the information, the victim youth used to work in a private company. During this time he came in contact with the accused Alok Mishra. Alok Mishra lured him into doing vegetable business and forcibly made unnatural relations with him and recorded the video on mobile.

After this, he started threatening him to make the pornographic video viral. Fearing public shame, the youth kept giving money in installments as per the demand. In this way, he gave a total of Rs 29 lakh 40 thousand to the accused but Alok's greed kept increasing. Troubled by this, the youth finally lodged a complaint in Jamul police station. After registering the crime, the police took action in the case and arrested the accused Alok Mishra, a resident of Housing Board, and interrogated him. During the interrogation, the accused confessed his crime. After which the accused was arrested and sent to jail.
