Blood Donation Amrit Mahotsav 2.0: Raipur. On the occasion of the 61st foundation day of All India Terapanth Yuvak Parishad, a worldwide mega blood donation camp (Mega Blood Donation Drive) is going to be organized. Under Blood Donation Amrit Mahotsav 2.0, more than 7500 camps will be organized in more than 50 countries along with cities across the country on September 17. Blood donation camps will also be organized in all the districts of Chhattisgarh. To participate in this, you can register online. Name also registered in Guinness World Records
The council officials said that the name of the All India Terapanth Parishad has been registered in the Guinness Book of World Records for the record of donating lakhs of units of blood simultaneously. Blood donation was organized throughout the year in 2016. A large amount of plasma was donated in 2018 and 2020. In this series, the Blood Donation Amrit Mahotsav was started in the country and abroad in 2022, in which about 2.5 lakh units of blood were collected. Now preparations are on to create history again.
Camps will be set up at 20 to 25 places in Raipur
Camps will be set up at many places including Nalanda Campus, Central Library, AIIMS and Mats University in the capital Raipur. The purpose of selecting these places is to connect more and more youth with this social initiative. Along with this, blood donation camps will also be set up in Lions Club, Magneto Mall, Colors Mall.
The officials of Terapanth Yuvak Parishad Raipur, led by active member of Terapanth Yuvak Parishad Raipur, Rajat Jain, met the Vice Chancellor of Anjaneya University, Dr. T. Rama Rao on Tuesday (September 9). During this, Dr. Rama Rao gave his support and approval for the mega blood donation drive organized on 17 September 2025. Let us tell you that the Vice Chancellor has been donating blood continuously since 1986 and has donated blood more than 100 times so far.
Former Indian cricketer Sachin Tendulkar and actor Vivek Oberoi have joined this council as brand ambassadors.
