CM Sai to tour Bastar, Civil Judge exam underway, Namo Yuva Run in the capital, Youth Congress-NSUI to protest, and Chhattisgarh Cup Women’s T20 kicks off.

 

Chief Minister Vishnudev Sai will be on a visit to Bastar district today. He will depart for Jagdalpur from Raipur Airport at 11 am. Upon arrival in Jagdalpur, the Chief Minister will attend a program organized by the Divisional Dhurva Samaj. He will also participate in the Navakhani Milan ceremony and the building inauguration ceremony. During this, the Chief Minister will also inaugurate the new building of the Mahara Samaj.

Civil Judge Recruitment Exam Today
The Civil Judge Recruitment Exam will be held today from 10 am to 12 noon. Thirty-eight examination centers have been set up in Raipur district, where more than 16,500 candidates from the district will participate. Only transparent water bottles will be permitted during the exam, while watches, smartwatches, calculators, log tables, mobile phones, pagers, or other communication devices will be prohibited. Candidates must wear only thin-soled slippers or slippers. Digital glasses or goggles, except for spectacles, will not be permitted. Additionally, candidates wearing black, dark blue, green, purple, maroon, violet, dark chocolate, and designer dresses will not be allowed entry. Female candidates can wear salwar-kurti and chunri (scarf), while married women will only be allowed to wear a nose pin and mangalsutra.

Raipur. The Namo Yuva Run, themed "Drug-Free India," will be held from Marine Drive, Telibandha, to Subhash Stadium, Moti Bagh, at 7 a.m. on Sunday. This event will be held under the banner of the Sports and Youth Welfare Department to commemorate Chhattisgarh's Silver Jubilee year. Chief Minister Vishnudev Sai will attend the event as the chief guest, and Sports Minister Arun Sao will preside.

Union Minister of State Tokhan Sahu, Assembly Speaker Dr. Raman Singh, and Deputy Chief Minister Vijay Sharma have been designated as special guests. Ministers Ramvichar Netam, Dayaldas Baghel, Kedar Kashyap, Lakhanlal Devangan, Shyam Bihari Jaiswal, OP Chaudhary, Laxmi Rajwade, Tankaram Verma, Gajendra Yadav, Guru Khuswant Saheb, Rajesh Agarwal, MP Brijmohan Agarwal, MLAs Rajesh Munat, Purandar Mishra, Motilal Sahu, Sunil Soni, Anuj Sharma, Indrakumar Sahu, Youth Commission Chairman Vishwa Vijay Singh Tomar, Mayor Meenal Choubey, District Panchayat President Naveen Agarwal, and Chhattisgarh Olympic Association General Secretary Vikram Singh Sisodia will be prominent guests. It is noteworthy that the Bharatiya Janata Yuva Morcha had also claimed to organize the Namo Marathon in Raipur and Bilaspur to mark Prime Minister Narendra Modi's 75th birthday. However, the event is being organized by the Sports and Youth Welfare Department. Sports Director Tanuja Salam stated that approximately 9,300 runners from the city have registered to participate through online and offline registrations. Batch numbers and T-shirts will be distributed to them at Marine Drive in the morning. The first-place male and female runners will receive a cash prize of 25,000 rupees each, the second-place runners will receive 15,000 rupees each, and the third-place runners will receive 10,000 rupees each.

Burning of Effigy of Home Minister
The Youth Congress and NSUI will jointly protest today. An effigy of the Home Minister will be burned during the protest. This protest is being held against those selling fake degrees and the FIR filed against the NSUI District President. The protest will be held at Ambedkar Chowk at 1 pm, where a large number of Youth Congress and NSUI workers will participate.

Chhattisgarh Cup Women's T20 Tournament to Begin Today
Raipur. Season 3 of the Chhattisgarh Cup Women's T20 tournament, organized by the Chhattisgarh State Cricket Association, is set to begin today. A total of six teams will participate in the tournament: women's teams from Chhattisgarh, Madhya Pradesh, Vidarbha, Jharkhand, Bengal, and Tamil Nadu. All matches will be played at the Shaheed Veer Narayan Singh International Cricket Stadium, Raipur, starting at 9:00 AM and 1:15 PM.

The Chhattisgarh team includes Kriti Gupta (captain) from Bhilai Steel Plant, Anshi Agarwal from Raipur, Aishwarya Singh, Pratigya Singh, Sanjita Patel, Shivi Pandey, and Srishti Sharma from Bilaspur, Mehak Narwase and Neha Badwaik from Rajnandgaon, Shivani Krishna (wicketkeeper) from Bhilai, Shreya Shrivas, and Yisha Bharti Dewangan (wicketkeeper), Urmila Harina from Surguja, and Tarannum Pathan, Preeti Yadav, and Aditi Pawar from Peshawar.

Staff Nurse Recruitment Exam to be Conducted
The Chhattisgarh Professional Examination Board, Raipur, will conduct the written recruitment exam for the vacant posts of Staff Nurse under the Health Department on Sunday from 11:00 AM to 1:15 PM at nine examination centers in Jagdalpur.
