Chhattisgarh Weather Update: Monsoon Set to Arrive Soon!

According to the Meteorological Department, a western disturbance is located at 58 degrees east and 27 degrees north. An upper air cyclonic circulation is formed at a height of 1.5 km to 5.8 km over the northwest Bay of Bengal-South Gangetic West Bengal-coastal Odisha. There is a possibility of light rain or drizzle with thunder and lightning at one or two places in the state on June 10. There is also a possibility of thunderstorms and lightning at one or two places in the state. There is no possibility of any significant change in the maximum temperature. On Monday, the maximum temperature in Raipur was recorded at 41.3 degrees Celsius, in Mana at 40.5 degrees, in Bilaspur at 41.7 degrees, in Pendra Road at 40.8 degrees, in Ambikapur at 38.3 degrees, in Jagdalpur at 35 degrees, in Durg at 38.8 degrees Celsius. Whereas, the minimum temperature was recorded at 28.1 degrees Celsius in Raipur, 28.3 degrees in Mana, 29 degrees in Bilaspur, 26 degrees in Pendra Road, 26.1 degrees in Ambikapur, 25.4 degrees in Jagdalpur, 25.2 degrees Celsius in Durg.
