Chinnaswamy Stadium stampede: A major accident took place outside the M. Chinnaswamy Stadium in Bengaluru during the celebration of the victory of Royal Challengers Bangalore (RCB) in the IPL. 11 people lost their lives in the stampede caused by the heavy crowd, while more than 50 people were injured. Many of the injured are in critical condition and some are admitted in the ICU.
According to eyewitnesses, thousands of people had gathered outside the stadium after the victory. Suddenly the crowd went out of control and there was a stampede. This accident has shocked the whole country.
