CM Sai to Visit Bilaspur Today; Launch of Adi Karmayogi Campaign, Swachhata Sangam Program, and Sarva Samaj Manch Rally

Chief Minister Vishnudev Sai will leave for Bilaspur by helicopter at around 11:20 am today. In Bilaspur, he will attend the Shaheed Vinod Singh Kaushik Medhavi Chhatra Abhinandan Samaroh. Along with this, he will also participate in the Swachhata Sangam 2025 program. After the programs, the Chief Minister will return to Raipur at around 4 pm.

Launch of Adi Karmayogi Abhiyan

Chief Secretary Amitabh Jain will launch the Adi Karmayogi Abhiyan today. This program is being organized by the Tribal and Scheduled Caste Development Department. Principal Secretary of the Department Sonamni Bora will also be present in the program. District Master Trainers will be trained under the campaign. This program will be organized in two phases. The first phase will be from 11 to 14 August and the second phase from 18 to 21 August. It will be organized at a private hotel in Raipur.

EPFO will give information about employment schemes

The Employees Provident Fund Organization (EPFO) will organize a press conference on the employment schemes of the Central Government today. During this, public awareness and information will be given on employment schemes. This press conference will be held at 5 pm in Circuit House Civil Lines.

Swachhata Sangam program of Urban Administration Department

Swachhata Sangam program of Urban Administration Department will be organized in Bilaspur today, in which Swachhata Didi will be honored. Chief Minister Vishnudev Sai and Urban Administration Minister Arun Saw will attend the felicitation ceremony. Swachhata Didi who have brought pride at the national level will be honored by washing their feet. Apart from this, urban bodies which have performed excellently in the Swachhata Survey will also be honored.

Chief Minister Vishnudev Sai will inaugurate and perform Bhoomi Pujan of development works worth more than Rs 260 crore on this occasion. A state level competition will also be launched, which aims to increase the standards of cleanliness and urban beautification. Along with this, the portal for depositing property tax online in 46 cities will also be inaugurated. MLAs, MPs and ministers will also be present in the program.

Sarva Samaj Manch will take out a rally today

2 FIRs have been registered against some people of one side in the case of attack and allegations of conversion during the demonstration in Kukurbeda Basti located in front of Saraswati Nagar police station. After this incident, Sarva Samaj Manch has announced to hold a rally from Marine Drive at 11 am today and march to Raj Bhavan and hold a meeting to demand security of religious places and other demands.

However, the police has refused to give permission for the rally and demonstration towards Raj Bhavan. The police says that if Sarva Samaj Manch wants, it can hold its meeting at Gandhi Chowk and submit a memorandum to the administration representatives there.
