CM to Chair Key Meetings, Felicitate Swachhta Didis, Launch Plantation Drive

CM will hold a series of important meetings today; Swachhta Didis to be honored for their contribution to cleanliness; a large-scale plantation campaign will also be launched.

Chhattisgarh Chief Minister Vishnu Dev Sai will hold back to back meetings of various departments in Mantralaya, Mahanadi Bhawan today. Departmental works will be reviewed in the ministry from 11.30 am. CM Sai will hold a meeting of Women and Child Development Department till 1 pm. After this, he will hold a meeting of Social Welfare Department from 1 pm to 2 pm. Departmental ministers and officials will be present in the review meetings. CM Sai will go to Naya Raipur Police Headquarters at 4 pm, where he will hold a review meeting of Home Department works.

Swachhata Didi will be honored
Swachhata Didi, Safai Mitras who made the capital Raipur a garbage free city will be honored today. Urban Administration Minister Arun Saw will honor them. The honor program will be organized in Shaheed Smarak Bhawan. There will be a program to honor Swachhata Didi, Safai Mitras at 11 am. Mayor Meenal Choubey, Corporation officials will be present in the program. 5 Safai Mitras and 5 Swachhata Didi from every zone area will be honored. Let us tell you that Raipur has got 7 star rating in the National Sanitation Survey. At the same time, Raipur has got fourth place in becoming a garbage free city.
