CM to Launch Robotic Surgery at AIIMS; Gold Sales Halted on Janmashtami.

In Raipur today, CM will inaugurate robotic surgery at AIIMS, while gold sales will remain suspended on Janmashtami.

Chief Minister Vishnudev Sai will inaugurate the robotic surgery facility at All India Institute of Medical Sciences (AIIMS) on September 6. For this, AIIMS Executive Director Ashok Jindal, after meeting the Chief Minister at his residence, invited him as the chief guest to start this facility at AIIMS. During this, AIIMS Deputy Director, Administration Lieutenant Colonel Dharamvir Singh Chauhan was also present.

During the meeting, Ashok Jindal told the Chief Minister that there is no robotic surgery facility in any government hospital in Central India including Chhattisgarh. On this achievement of AIIMS, the Chief Minister praised the management and agreed to attend the program.

Robotic surgery trial was successful

AIIMS Medical Superintendent Prof. Dr. Renu Rajguru said that before starting the facility, the doctors of the Urology Department have done 5 successful surgeries as a trial with robotic surgery. After this surgery, the utility of the robotic machine has been proved. Patients have also got a lot of relief from this. He said that due to accurate surgery in less time by the robot, the waiting time of patients in AIIMS will also be relatively less.

Preparations for Independence Day celebrations complete at Police Parade Ground
Raipur. Independence Day celebrations will be celebrated with great fervor at the Police Parade Ground of the capital. Preparations for organizing the dignified ceremony have been completed. Chief Minister Vishnudev Sai will hoist the flag at 9 am on August 15 and take the salute of the parade. To finalize the preparations for the ceremony, a full dress rehearsal was done at the Police Parade Ground this morning. In the presence of the state's Director General of Police Arun Dev Gautam and ADG Vivekanand Sinha, Collector Dr. Gaurav Singh and SSP Dr. Lal Umed Singh took stock of the arrangements. In the full dress rehearsal, the Chief Minister's security officer reached the Police Parade Ground as the chief guest and hoisted the flag. He inspected the parade and also took the salute of the march past. 17 platoons will perform an attractive march past in the Independence Day celebrations. These platoons include BSF, CRPF, ITBP, CISF, SSB, Odisha Police, Chhattisgarh Police (men-women), Chhattisgarh Police (men), Jail Police (men), Nagar Sena (men-women), NCC (boys-girls), band platoon, cavalry, women bagpiper band squad will also participate in the march past. Apart from this, there will also be a horse show and a bagpiper band show. There will be flag march, tent pegging, Najabandi show jumping and gallop round in the horse show.

Chief Minister Vishnudev Sai will also honour police officers with medals and decorations in the Independence Day celebrations. Police Medal, Home Defence and Civil Defence Commendable Service Medal and Director General of Police Award will be given in the ceremony. Along with this, state level awards like Governor's Award, Chief Minister's Award, Rani Subarna Kunwar Award and Veeranarayan Singh Award will also be given.

Women bagpiper band will give a presentation under the leadership of constable Sonbati Thakur which will be a marching presentation. Apart from this, there will also be attractive cultural presentations by school students. Attractive cultural presentations will be given by about 780 school students. Children of Laxminarayan Kanya U.M. Vidyalaya, Salem English School, Mother's Pride School Raipur will give presentation in this.
