Chhattisgarh Chief Minister Vishnu Deo Sai has embarked on a two-day visit to Gujarat, aimed at boosting investment, enhancing skill development, and improving governance in the state. The tour, scheduled for November 10–11, includes meetings with Gujarat Chief Minister Bhupendra Patel and top investors.
During his visit, Sai will study Gujarat’s key administrative models, including its Dashboard Grievance Redressal System and Investment Policy. Officials said the CM intends to explore how these systems can be adapted for Chhattisgarh to promote transparency and efficiency in governance.
Focusing on youth and employment, Sai will visit the NAMTECH Global Skill College to review its training and industry-linked education programs. The initiative is seen as a model for expanding technical education and employment opportunities in Chhattisgarh.
The CM’s itinerary also includes visits to major tourism and urban development projects such as the Sabarmati Riverfront and the Statue of Unity in Kevadia. The state government believes that Gujarat’s successful urban beautification and tourism strategies could inspire similar initiatives in Chhattisgarh.
On November 11, Sai will participate in the Bharat Parv event as a special guest and attend the CM Investors Connect program, where he is expected to hold one-on-one meetings with leading industrialists to discuss investment opportunities in Chhattisgarh.
Political observers view this visit as a significant step toward strengthening Chhattisgarh’s investment climate, promoting administrative reforms, and creating employment. Upon returning, Sai is likely to initiate reviews for adopting Gujarat-style policies particularly in digital governance and investor facilitation to make state administration more transparent and accountable.
