Accused Shivanand Nag is the General Secretary of Narayanpur District Youth Congress Committee. NIA was investigating this murder case for a long time.
It is being told that this murder was done by Naxalites. Just three days before the last assembly elections, Ratan Dubey was killed by Naxalites, which created a sensation in the area. Four other accused have already been arrested in the case.
Now after the arrest of Shivanand Nag, NIA is preparing to present him in the Special Court in Jagdalpur. According to sources, this arrest is expected to lead to more big revelations in the case.
