These days, dirty water is being supplied to people's homes in Katghora through taps. Due to the negligence of the water department of the Nagar Palika Parishad, people's health is deteriorating.
In the Katghora Nagar Palika Parishad area, around 26 thousand people's homes get water supply through taps. People allege that dirty water is being supplied to their homes for the last two days. Despite complaining to many people including the CMO-Chairman in this regard, proper water supply has not been started till date.
On the one hand, people are forced to drink this dirty water supply due to no other option. On the other hand, the responsible officials of the Municipal Council say that such a situation has arisen due to rain. It will be improved very soon and clean water will be supplied.
