ED Raids Moksht Corporation for 12 Hours, Seizes Key Documents and Mobiles

The Enforcement Directorate conducted a 12-hour raid at multiple locations of Moksht Corporation, confiscating several important documents and mobile phones as part of the investigation.
The major action of the Enforcement Directorate (ED) in Durg regarding the Rs 650 crore scam in Chhattisgarh Medical Services Corporation Limited (CGMSC) ended late on Wednesday evening. The raid was conducted at the office and residence of Mokshit Corporation director Shashank Chopra in Ganjpara, which started at 8 am and lasted for about 12 hours. In this action, the ED has seized many important documents, records and mobiles.
It is being told that this action was taken as part of the investigation of the scam in the purchase of reagents, EDTA tubes and CBC machines by CGMSC. According to the 18,000-page charge sheet filed by the EOW, CBC machines worth Rs 5 lakh were supplied for Rs 17 lakh. At the same time, EDTA blood sample tubes available in the market for Rs 8.50 were shown to be supplied for Rs 2,352.
