The District Excise Department has issued a show cause notice to Surya Trends Mall FL-3 (a) Hotel Lustomonia Club and Kitchen for serving liquor late at night. The special thing in this is that the Excise Department has issued this notice 51 days after the irregularities were found in the investigation and now has asked for a reply within seven days.
