Prime Minister to Address Closing Ceremony

Speaking at the inauguration, MP Mahesh Kashyap said the festival’s closing ceremony will be held on December 25, marking the birth anniversary of former Prime Minister Atal Bihari Vajpayee. On the occasion, Prime Minister Narendra Modi will address participants and organisers through video conferencing.

Highlighting the importance of sports, Kashyap said physical activity plays a lifelong role in shaping discipline, health and character.
