The annual general meeting of the Chhattisgarh Olympic Association will be held today at 5 pm under the chairmanship of Chief Minister Vishnudev Sai. All executive members of the association, officials of state sports associations, and representatives of district Olympic associations will be present in large numbers. Several important issues related to sports will be discussed at the meeting.
Tiger Reserve and Sanctuary Officers Meeting Today
Principal Chief Conservator of Forests and Chief Wildlife Warden Arun Pandey will hold a review meeting with officials of all national parks, tiger reserves, and sanctuaries in the state at Aranya Bhavan in Nava Raipur on Friday. Several important agendas, including the conservation and promotion of various wildlife species, will be discussed at the meeting. Preparations for bringing tigers and tigresses from Madhya Pradesh will also be discussed.
Online open counseling for lecturer promotion until September 28
Under an order issued yesterday by the Directorate of Public Instruction, Chhattisgarh, a total of 1,227 head teachers and teachers (B.Ed. trained postgraduates) have been promoted to the L.B. Online open counselling is being organised from 25th to 28th September 2025 at Government Teacher Education College, Shankar Nagar, Raipur for promotion to the post of Lecturer / Lecturer (LB) T. Cadre.
