CM Sai will hold talks with foreign investors, while Congress stages a protest against alleged vote theft. An orange alert for heavy rain has been issued in 13 districts. Chief Minister Vishnudev Sai is on a 10-day visit to Japan and South Korea. Today is the second day of the tour. A round of meetings with industrialists will begin in Tokyo from today. Investors Connect Sessions have been organized from 22 to 24 August, where CM Vishnudev Sai will participate in meetings with trade associations, investors and industrialists. During this, CM Sai will directly communicate with investors from Japan and South Korea and invite them to invest in Chhattisgarh. CM Sai's foreign tour is expected to give new impetus to the development and investment of the state.
Congress's demonstration against vote theft
Congress is going to stage a phased movement in Chhattisgarh against vote theft. From today, Congress will hold state-level rallies in the main cities of the state. This rally will be taken out in different cities till September 7. Senior leaders of Congress at the national and state level will participate in this movement. Orange alert issued for 13 districts
The Meteorological Department has predicted rain in the districts of Bastar, Durg and Bilaspur divisions in Chhattisgarh for the next 3 days. Orange alert has been issued for 13 districts of the state. Kanker, Kondagaon, Mohla-Manpur, Balod, Narayanpur, Balodabazar districts may receive light to moderate rain. The weather will be normal in the southern part. In the last 24 hours, light to moderate rain occurred at most places in all divisions. Drizzle has been going on in Raipur and Raigarh since late night.
Chhattisgarh Officer-Employee Federation on strike today
Raipur. Chhattisgarh Officer-Employee Federation will hold a pen down agitation today regarding their demands. A rally of employees will be taken out from the offices at 11 am. Employees will gather in the indoor stadium and raise their voice. Let us tell you that this agitation is being done for 11 demands including regularization, OPS. This agitation has got the support of gazetted officers. If the demands are not met, the employees can go on indefinite strike in October.
State Closed Squash Championship from 29th, 80 players from Chhattisgarh will participate Raipur. On the occasion of National Sports Day, Chhattisgarh Squash Association and Raipur District Squash Association are organizing the State Closed Squash Championship. 80 players from different districts of Chhattisgarh will participate in this championship. The championship will start on 29th August at 10 am and will continue till 31st August. The State Closed Squash Championship, run by the Indian Squash Racket Federation, is organized once every year by all the affiliated state units of the country. The players participating in it get ranking based on their performance at the national level.
