Kharge Visits Chhattisgarh; Baij Slams Centre Over Farmers, Soldiers, Constitution

During Congress President Mallikarjun Kharge’s Chhattisgarh visit, senior leader Mohan Markam and MP Deepak Baij accused the central and state governments of continuously attacking the interests of farmers, soldiers, and the Constitution, calling for united resistance.
Congress National President Mallikarjun Kharge along with General Secretary KC Venugopal will also participate in the Kisan, Jawan, Samvidhan Sabha to be held on July 7. More than 25 thousand workers, farmers and soldiers will participate in the event. Chhattisgarh Congress President Deepak Baij, while talking about blowing the bugle through the meeting, said that the central and state government are constantly attacking "farmers, soldiers and constitution".
Chhattisgarh Congress President Deepak Baij met the media in the presence of Congress state co-incharge and senior leaders at Rajiv Bhawan to give information about the meeting. During this, he has described the meeting as a milestone for the country.
He said that the objective of the meeting is to raise voice against the law and order of the state, increasing crimes against women, shortage of DAP and fertilizers for farmers, killing of innocent tribals in the name of fighting against Naxalism, poor electricity system, selling of mineral wealth of Chhattisgarh, closing 10 thousand schools, illegal liquor sale and opening of new liquor shops.
Deepak Baij said that all the senior leaders and officials along with the state in-charge are busy in preparing for the event. After this historic public meeting, the workers, farmers and soldiers of Chhattisgarh will get a new strength and energy. Through this meeting, the Congress Party is going to blow a trumpet.
