On the final Monday of the holy Sawan month, devotees gathered in large numbers at the pagoda to offer Jalabhishek to Lord Shiva, echoing chants of faith and devotion throughout the temple premises.
Today is the last Monday of the month of Sawan. The influx of devotees continues for Jalabhishek at Budheshwar temple at Budhatalab, the capital. From dawn, devotees are reaching the temple with their wishes. At the same time, long queues of devotees have been set up in the Kuleshwarnath Mahadev Temple in Rajim. There is a buzz of bombs in the temples.
There is an influx of devotees in the Budheshwar temple at Budhatalab, Raipur. For Jalabhishek and Milkbhishek, devotees of all classes including women, men have reached in the early hours. A crowd of kanwadi has gathered here.
