Major Accident at Raipur Car Showroom: Employee Falls from Lift

A major accident took place at the MG Car showroom located at Sarona Ring Road. A staff member who was going to deliver a car in the lift here fell and got injured. The injured sales staff named Raj S. Rao has been admitted to a private hospital located on Kota Road. Sources have informed that the injured has suffered severe injuries in his legs and head. His treatment is going on in the ICU. The police have not been able to record the statement of the injured.

The DD Nagar police station of the showroom area has confirmed the accident. According to the information received by Lalluram from the showroom operator, this accident happened when the staff was coming down the service lift to deliver the car. It is being told that the staff was watching the mobile and during this time his attention was diverted and he fell down from the service lift. The police was not officially informed about the accident till late evening. The injured is a resident of Kota area. After the accident, the injured was taken to the hospital. In the preliminary investigation, the police found out that the accident happened while taking the car down from the huge lift. The staff was found trapped below. Saraswati Nagar police became active after there was a hue and cry about bringing the injured to Kota hospital. However, even the relatives of the injured could not give clear information about the incident to the police.
