Major Appointment in Chhattisgarh High Court, NIA Extends Special Public Prosecutor’s Tenure

The National Investigation Agency has extended the tenure of the Special Public Prosecutor in Chhattisgarh High Court, marking a significant development in the state’s legal appointments.

The tenure of National Investigation Agency (NIA) Special Public Prosecutor B. Gopa Kumar has been extended in Chhattisgarh High Court.

After the notification of the Home Ministry, NIA has issued an order in this regard. The tenure of Special Public Prosecutors has been extended in eight High Courts and Special Courts across the country.

Now B. Gopa Kumar will also plead NIA cases in Chhattisgarh High Court.
