Navratri Special MEMU Train Announced

Keeping in mind the extra rush of passengers on trains during the Navratri festival, the Railways is operating a Navratri Festival MEMU Special train between Korba and Netaji Subhash Chandra Bose (Itwari) Korba. This train, which will run from September 25th to October 3rd, will provide relief to passengers traveling to Dongargarh to visit the Maa Bambleshvari Temple and Madwarani Temple. As a special MEMU, reservations or reserved coaches will be eliminated.

The Netaji Subhash Chandra Bose-Korba MEMU, numbered 06883, will depart from Netaji Subhash Chandra Bose Station daily at 5:00 AM and arrive at Korba Railway Station at 6:30 PM. Similarly, the Korba-Netaji Subhash Chandra Bose MEMU, numbered 06884, will depart from Korba Station daily at 5:30 AM and arrive at Netaji Subhash Chandra Bose Station at 6:30 PM. The operation of this special train will ease congestion on other trains operating on this route, allowing passengers to reach their destinations without hassle.

Train's operating time also released: Railway has released information regarding the train's operating time and the stations at which the train will stop. Under this, the train will leave Netaji Subhash Chandra Bose station at 5:00 pm and will stop at Kalamna, Kanhan, Salwa, Chacher, Revrat, Khat, Bhandara Road, Koka, Tumsar Road, Mundikota, Tirora, Kachewani, Gangajhari stations and will reach Gondia at 7:59 pm, Dongargarh at 9:50 am, Rajnandgaon at 10:43 am. It will stop at Durg and Bhilai Nagar, Bhilai Power House, Kumhari, Saraswati Nagar stations and will reach Raipur Railway Station at 13:12 pm, Bhatapara at 14:29 pm, Bilaspur at 15:50 pm. After leaving Bilaspur, the train will stop at Gautara, Jairamnagar, Akaltara, Janjgir-Naila, Champa, and Balpur before arriving at Madwarani at 17:40 and Korba at 19:30. Departing Korba at 5:30, it will arrive at Madwarani at 5:54, Bilaspur at 7:55, and Netaji Subhash Chandra Bose Station at 19:30.
