The indefinite strike of National Health Mission (NHM) employees continues for regularization and other demands. They are demonstrating in different ways. On Wednesday, NHM employees demonstrated by begging in the market wearing PPE kits. This is the same kit which was worn during the Corona period.
Wearing PPE kits, the employees reminded the government and administration of their work done during the Corona period. Also, begged with a bowl in hand. Employees say that if the government talks about not having a budget, then we are collecting funds by begging. This fund will be sent by money order to the government.
The health system has collapsed due to the NHM employees going on strike. Employees say that they worked with their lives at stake during the Corona period, we also have a family. We have been forced to resort to strike for regularization and other demands.

- Pending 27% salary hike
- Transparency in CR system
- Reservation of seats in regular recruitment
- Compassionate appointment
- Facility of medical and other leaves
- Transfer policy
- Cashless medical insurance up to minimum Rs 10 lakh
