Notices Issued to Principals of 40 Underperforming Schools After Poor Board Exam Results

Following disappointing board exam results, the divisional joint director of education has issued notices to principals of 40 schools. The schools have been asked to provide detailed explanations on key academic parameters, including teaching methods, student performance analysis, and remedial measures taken throughout the year.

 
 

Raipur. Divisional Joint Director Raipur has issued notice to the principals of 40 schools which performed poorly in 10th-12th board examinations. This action has been taken after reviewing the examination results. In the notice issued, information has been sought from the principals on many points.

In the notice, complete information has been sought about the evaluation test / quarterly / half-yearly / pre-board examination results conducted in the session 2024-25, action taken (notice) / action plan against teachers with minimum results in internal examinations, action details of marking of weak children and their remedial education, action taken in respect of continuously absent children, copies of children checked by teachers and cross-examination done by the principal, headquarters residence of the principal and teachers and the distance of the school from it, details of leaves taken by teachers and which officer inspected the school in the session 2024-25.
