NTPC Sipat has appointed Vijay Shankar Dubey as its new Project Head. Dubey, who was earlier associated with project management work at NTPC’s Corporate Centre, brings nearly three decades of experience in the power sector.
Bilaspur: NTPC Sipat has appointed Vijay Shankar Dubey as the new Project Head of the power station. Dubey has taken charge after serving in project management-related responsibilities at NTPC’s Corporate Centre.
With around 30 years of experience in the power sector, Dubey has worked in various technical and project management roles during his career with NTPC.His appointment is expected to further strengthen project execution and operational management at NTPC Sipat, one of Chhattisgarh’s major power generation facilities.
Extensive experience in project management
Before taking charge at Sipat, Dubey was associated with NTPC’s Corporate Centre, where he handled responsibilities related to project management.During his career, he has gained experience in areas including project planning, execution, coordination and management of large-scale power projects.His experience in handling major infrastructure projects is expected to help in managing the future requirements and operational priorities of NTPC Sipat.
