Passengers Alert: 30 Trains Canceled

Railways has canceled 30 trains from today till September 15. Passengers are advised to check the train status before traveling.

While the railways are providing facilities to the passengers during the festive season, many trains are also being cancelled. 30 trains passing through Chhattisgarh from 31 August to 15 September have been cancelled. 6 trains have been rerouted and 5 trains have been short terminated. Due to the cancellation of trains for 16 consecutive days, the problems of passengers going to West Bengal, Bihar, Madhya Pradesh, Gujarat, Rajasthan, Maharashtra, Goa will increase. On the other hand, keeping in view the festive season, the railways have stopped 52 trains at many stations in the state.

These trains will remain cancelled: Bilaspur-Tatanagar Express from 31 August to 3 September, Tatanagar-Itwari Express cancelled on 3 September, Itwari-Tatanagar Express cancelled on 3 September, Pune-Santragachi Express cancelled on 1 September, Kamakhya-Kurla Express cancelled on 31 August, Kurla-Kamakhya Express cancelled on 2 September, Hatia-Pune Express cancelled on 1 September, Pune-Hatia Express cancelled on 31 August and 3 September, Shalimar-Udaipur Express cancelled on 31 August, Surat-Malda Express cancelled on 1 September, Jasidih-Vasco-da-Gama Express cancelled on 1 September, Patna-Bilaspur Express cancelled on 31 August, Howrah-Mumbai Express cancelled on 2 September, Mumbai-Howrah Express cancelled on 3 September, Shalimar-Kurla Express cancelled on 31 August.
