Written examination will be conducted today for recruitment to the posts of constable, driver and tradesman in Chhattisgarh Police. This exam will run from 11 am to 1:15 pm. For this, examination centers have been set up in many districts including Raipur, Durg, Bilaspur. 28 examination centers have been set up in Raipur alone, where about 10,700 candidates will appear.

In fact, the vacancy was released in October 2023 for recruitment to a total of 5967 posts of constable cadre. Physical test has also been done for this. On this basis, the written examination of eligible candidates will be conducted by Vyapam. It will be of 100 marks. There will be 100 questions in it. There is no provision for minus marking. According to the syllabus, 20 questions will be asked for 20 marks from General Knowledge (National). 30 questions will come from General

Knowledge (Chhattisgarh). As per the instructions of Vyapam, the gate of the examination center will be closed at 10.30 am. It is worth noting that this recruitment is for 33 districts of six police ranges of the state, apart from Railway Police, Police Training Academy Chandkhuri, PTS Mana, Rajnandgaon, Mainpat and MT Pul Police Headquarters. Along with the admit card, guidelines related to the examination have also been released on the website of Vyapam.
