The victim’s blood-soaked body was discovered in the kitchen, and the motive behind the murder is yet to be confirmed. Police suspect Tribhuvan Singh, a young man working in the house, as the prime suspect and have launched a manhunt.
According to sources, the victim’s wife, Sajan Bai, had gone out on Saturday. When she returned home on Sunday evening, she found the door open and discovered her husband lying dead in a pool of blood in the kitchen, which left her in shock.
Police and a forensic team rushed to the spot and examined the body. Preliminary investigation revealed that the victim had been struck three times on the head with a sharp weapon, possibly a hoe. The open door and the scene suggest there may have been a struggle during the incident.
Police say Tribhuvan Singh was under the influence of alcohol and was last seen with the deceased. He has been missing since the incident. Authorities are investigating from all angles.
Dr. Rajshree Singh from the Crime Scene Mobile Unit and SHO Jitendra Yadav are continuously inspecting the site with their teams.
The police stated that extensive raids will be conducted to arrest the accused soon, and the mystery behind the murder will be uncovered.
