Strict Warning to Private Schools in Chhattisgarh: Action Will Be Taken If 'These' Admissions Are Given

The Chhattisgarh government has issued a stern directive to private schools, warning of strict action if admissions are granted to ineligible or unauthorized categories. Authorities emphasize strict compliance with admission norms.

Action will be taken against private schools of Chhattisgarh Board which give admission to ineligible students in 10th and 12th contrary to the admission policy. Admission of ineligible students will be cancelled. Apart from this, it will be proposed to cancel the recognition of the concerned private schools. On the other hand, disciplinary action will be taken against the principals of government schools.

The head of the institution will be fully responsible for this. These days the admission process is going on in schools for the new academic session. Apart from primary and middle, admissions are also being given from 9th to 12th in high and higher secondary schools. Chhattisgarh Secondary Education Board (Mashim) has issued a guideline regarding admission.

The board has said that admission has to be given in 9th to 12th classes as per the guidelines. Due to 10th and 12th board examinations, all the principals have been directed to take precautions during admission in both the classes. The board has said that admission will be cancelled if admission is given to ineligible students contrary to the admission policy.
