Terrible Collision Between Two Motorcycles in Raigarh: Two Youths Die from Head Injuries, Two Critically Injured

A tragic road accident took place on Sunday evening in Raigarh district of Chhattisgarh, where a head-on collision between two motorcycles led to the death of two young men and left two others seriously injured. The incident occurred around 5 PM near Manjhiama, on the Damor Plant Road in Lailunga block.
According to information from the scene, both motorcycles were moving at high speed, which caused the riders to lose control and collide head-on. The impact was so intense that the bikes were completely damaged, and the injured youths were thrown far from the spot, suffering severe injuries.
One of the deceased has been identified as Pintu Munda (19), a resident of Ghoghra Bagbahar village in Jashpur district. The identity of the second deceased is still being confirmed by the police. The two injured individuals are being treated at the hospital, where their condition is said to be critical.
Local residents immediately informed the police about the accident. The police arrived at the scene, prepared a preliminary report, and sent the bodies for postmortem.
Lailunga police station in-charge Ingeshwar Yadav stated that the injured youths are not in a condition to speak at the moment. Therefore, the process of full identification of the injured and deceased is still underway. The police are conducting a thorough investigation and will identify the involved individuals for further legal action.
This accident once again highlights the growing issue of high-speed driving in both urban and rural areas of the region. The local administration is being urged to take strict action and enforce road safety regulations more effectively.
