Tragedy in Chhattisgarh: 8-Year-Old Child Drowns in River

An 8-year-old boy tragically drowned in a river in Chhattisgarh, leaving his family devastated and the village in mourning. The heartbreaking incident has cast a shadow of grief over the entire community.

 
 

8-year-old Ayush, who went to take bath with friends in the river, died due to drowning. The incident took place near Meduka village of Gaurela police station area. As soon as the incident was reported, the villagers and family members reached the spot and immediately took Ayush to the district hospital. On reaching the hospital, the doctors declared him dead. The death of the innocent has caused mourning in the family.

According to the information, Ayush of Meduka village had reached near Elan river with his friends today to play. During this, he got down to take bath in the river, but he started drowning as he could not estimate the depth. Seeing him drowning, other children present nearby appealed for help to save him.

With the help of villagers, the child was taken out. The villagers and family members reached the hospital with the child, where the doctors declared him dead due to water filling in the nose, ears and mouth. After the incident, the family members are crying inconsolably. Gaurela police is investigating the matter.
