Madhya Pradesh Chief Minister Dr Mohan Yadav reached Indore's world famous Sarafa Bazar late on Monday night. Where he tasted spicy dishes. During this, cabinet colleagues were also present with him. The CM also interacted with the public by roaming in the market and discussed with the local people about Indore's cleanliness and cuisine culture. He said that Sarafa Bazar is not only the center of taste, but is also the identity of Indore.
The Chief Minister reached Sarafa with his convoy at around 11.15 pm on Monday night. Here he tasted Bhutte Ka Kees, Garadu, Dahi Bada, Panipuri, Kulfi and drank Indori Kulhad tea. Cabinet colleagues enjoyed traditional dishes like Pohe, Bhutte Ka Kees, Garadu, Rabri-Jalebi. At the same time, the Chief Minister described Indore's cleanliness and cuisine culture as an inspiration in the whole country and appealed to the traders to maintain cleanliness.
