Authorities have issued an alert for heavy rain accompanied by strong winds in 45 districts, urging residents to stay cautious. A significant update on the monsoon's advancement suggests intensified activity in the coming days, with officials monitoring the situation closely for potential disruptions.

 
 

Rain has been continuing in Madhya Pradesh for the last several days. If the weather department is to be believed, the weather will remain the same for the next four days. Heavy rains also occurred in many districts of Madhya Pradesh on Thursday, due to which a huge drop in the day temperature is being recorded. At the same time, the risk of infectious diseases has also increased due to pre-monsoon rains.

The Meteorological Department has issued an alert of rain with strong thunderstorms in 45 districts of the state today. At the same time, the weather is expected to remain the same for the next four days. According to the department, the continuous drizzle is forecast to continue for the next four days. Pre-monsoon activity is taking place due to cyclonic circulation and western disturbance.

Rain alert in these districts today

The districts for which the Meteorological Department has issued an alert for Friday include Bhopal, Indore, Gwalior, Ujjain, Jabalpur, Sheopur, Morena, Bhind, Datia, Shivpuri, Guna, Ashoknagar, Vidisha, Raisen, Narmadapuram, Betul, Harda, Sehore, Rajgarh, Shajapur, Dewas, Khandwa, Burhanpur, Khargone, Agar-Malwa, Neemuch, Mandsaur, Ratlam, Jhabua, Alirajpur, Barwani, Dhar, Niwari, Tikamgarh, Chhatarpur, Panna, Sagar, Damoh, Narsinghpur, Seoni, Mandla, Balaghat, Chhindwara and Pandhurna.

Monsoon is not progressing

Meanwhile, the entry of monsoon in the state is expected only after June 10. According to the Meteorological Department, the monsoon is currently stuck at one place in Maharashtra-Chhattisgarh. It has not progressed for the last few days.
