Lightning Strikes Hanuman Tekri Temple Dome, Devotees Left Stunned

Lightning struck the dome of the ancient Hanuman Tekri temple, believed to be from the Mahabharata period, leaving a black scorch mark. Many devotees were present during the incident but no injuries were reported.

Two forms of weather are being seen in Madhya Pradesh. Somewhere there is strong sunlight and heat wave, somewhere it is raining with thunderstorm. In this episode, heavy rain and lightning have struck Guna district of the state along with strong wind and thundering of clouds. Due to the natural calamity, lightning has struck the dome of the ancient Hanuman Tekri temple of Mahabharata period. The temple was not damaged due to lightning but a long black line has formed on the dome.

In fact, lightning along with strong wind and rain on Friday has caused damage at many places in the district. Lightning has also struck Hanuman Tekri temple located at the district headquarters. There was not much damage due to the lightning conductor installed in the temple. Many devotees were present in the temple during the incident. A major accident was averted by the grace of God.
