Sawan Monday Special: 1331 Vedpathi Brahmins Recite Rudrashtadhyai, Rudrabhishek of 12 Jyotirlingas for World Peace

On the sacred Monday of Sawan, 1331 Vedpathi Brahmins performed the Rudrashtadhyai recitation and conducted Rudrabhishek of 12 Jyotirlingas. A total of 2012 rituals were performed with prayers dedicated to global peace and harmony.
Maharishi Mahesh Yogi Sansthan is being done by Maharishi Mahesh Yogi Sansthan for world peace in a small village of Dhimarkheda tehsil of the district. 1331 Vedpathi Brahmin recited the Veda mantras of Rudrashtadhayi in one vowel for 3 hours. In -charge Arvind Singh said that the rituals for world peace have been going on since 2012. To fulfill the dream of world peace which Maharishi ji had taken, arrangements are being made by Dr. Girish Chandra Verma, director of the institute.
Today, on Monday, the last Sawan of Shravan month, devotees are performing rituals in various ways to please Lord Bholenath. One day there is a recognition of Lord Shiva to remain grace throughout the year on getting Rudrabhishek in the house. Ashram in -charge Arvind Singh said that 1331 Beda Pathi Brahmins are worshiping in a small village for world peace for 13 years in a row for 9 am to 12 am according to the scriptures for 3 hours.
