SP Launches QR Code System for Police Complaints

In a groundbreaking move, the Superintendent of Police has introduced a QR code-based system allowing policemen to file complaints directly and anonymously. This initiative ensures transparency, swift action, and that grievances within the force no longer go unheard.

 

Not only the general public, now the problems of the policemen of the district will also be resolved quickly. Shahdol Superintendent of Police Ramji Srivastava has taken another commendable step and implemented a special QR code system for about 950 policemen. Through this, policemen from constable to station in-charge level will be able to register their problems secretly.

Shahdol Superintendent of Police Ramji Srivastava has started a unique and secret system to listen to the grievances of policemen. Now about 950 policemen of the district, from constable to station in-charge, will be able to register their problems directly through a QR code. Whether the matter is of salary, allowance, duty or any other problem, everything will be registered online and will also be resolved immediately. Acknowledgement will be received online

The problems registered on this QR code will not only be evaluated. But immediate steps will also be taken to resolve them. The special thing is that after registering their complaint, the policemen will also receive its online acknowledgement. Salary, allowances and other personal and departmental problems will now reach the SP office directly through this system.

Earlier, the code was issued for citizens and girl students

SP Ramji Srivastava had earlier also issued a QR code for the security and solution of problems of common citizens and girl students. Which brought great results. Now the same system has been implemented within the police department as well. This innovative initiative is being praised all over the district. This is being considered a historic step for the police department, because for the first time in Shahdol, policemen have got the facility to register their problems directly and confidentially.

Step taken to solve the problem

SP Ramji Srivastava says that a QR code was issued from the Superintendent of Police office to solve the personal problems of about 950 policemen posted in Shahdol district. By scanning it, the concerned policemen will be able to register their problems like salary related, allowances related and other problems, which will be resolved.
