Patnipura-Malwa Mill Bridge in Indore to Open on October 2

Construction of the Patnipura-Malwa Mill Bridge in Indore is progressing rapidly, with its inauguration scheduled for October 2.

The bridge being constructed on the Patnipura-Malwa Mill Road in Indore will be inaugurated on October 2nd. This 30-meter-wide and 21-meter-long bridge will provide relief to over 100,000 people. The old bridge was 100 years old and dilapidated, causing traffic jams. The new bridge will ease traffic flow and approximately ₹6 crore is being spent on its construction.

The opening of the bridge will benefit over one lakh people. In the final phase of construction, work has begun on laying stormwater lines and building connecting roads.

The Malwa Mill-Patnipura road was closed on March 30th of this year. A new 30-meter-wide and 21-meter-long bridge is being built to replace the old bridge. The old bridge was approximately 100 years old and had fallen into disrepair. The construction of the new bridge is estimated to cost approximately Rs 6 crore.
