8 Hospitals Derecognized for Ayushman Yojana Fraud

In a major crackdown on irregularities under the Ayushman Bharat Yojana, the recognition of 8 hospitals in the state has been canceled. These hospitals were found guilty of misusing the scheme by forcibly admitting patients to ICUs to claim higher reimbursements.

Irregularities have come to light in Ayushman Bharat Yojana in Madhya Pradesh. Due to which the recognition of 8 hospitals of the state has been canceled. These include hospitals of the capital Bhopal, Gwalior and Sehore. It was told that the patients were being taken advantage of the scheme by forcibly admitting them in ICU. Apart from this, many types of irregularities have also been found in these hospitals.

A big scam has come to light in Ayushman Yojana in Madhya Pradesh. Due to irregularities in government schemes, the recognition of 8 hospitals has been canceled. These include Suryansh Multi Specialist Hospital, Metro City Hospital, Sai Hospital Bhagwati Nursing Home, Prabhu Prem Netralaya Hospital and MDC Hospital of Bhopal.

At the same time, the recognition of Sarvadharma Multi Specialist Hospital of Gwalior and Sania Hospital of Sehore has also been canceled. It was told that in these hospitals, patients are being taken advantage of by forcibly admitting them in ICU. This has been revealed in the inspection of the investigation team. Apart from this, irregularities have also been found in these hospitals. Due to which the recognition of these hospitals has been cancelled.
