Amul Follows Mother Dairy in Raising Milk Prices by ₹2 per Litre in MP
After Mother Dairy's recent price hike, Amul has increased milk prices by ₹2 per litre across Madhya Pradesh, effective May 1. The Gujarat Cooperative Milk Marketing Federation (GCMMF) attributes this adjustment to rising input costs, ensuring that 80% of the additional revenue benefits milk producers.
Amul has increased the price of milk in Madhya Pradesh. 2 rupees have been increased on one liter of milk, while one rupee has been increased on half a liter of milk. New prices have come into effect from today, May 1, Thursday, in all the districts of the state including the capital Bhopal, Indore, Gwalior and Jabalpur.
Amul milk has become expensive in the state. There has been an increase of 2 rupees per liter. Amul buffalo milk has increased from 69 to 71 rupees, Amul Gold from 65 to 67 rupees, Amul Tea Special from 59 to 61 rupees, Amul Taaza from 53 to 55 rupees, Amul Chai Maza from 53 to 55 rupees.
